At Lyssy & Eckel, we are serious about producing mule deer feeds that will maximize your deer herd's genetic potential. We have learned that mule deer are quite different from whitetails. Digestion rates are slower, nutrient absorption is reduced, and requirements for browse are much greater. Just to mention a few of the differences: negative effects of the rut and harsher weather conditions are more traumatic and post-rut recovery is slower. Our mule deer feeds are formulated to compensate for these problems. We have worked on mule deer formulations for several years now and the results have been outstanding!!!

Our mule deer feeds are formulated to create maximum antler growth through accelerated blood flow. Our feeds feature high levels of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, which are essential for antler development. Additionally, elevated levels of copper, zinc and manganese, along with Vitamins A, D and B-Complex are provided to nourish the cells which build antlers. Multiple sources of protein are known to improve protein absorption, therefore our feeds are formulated with nine sources of proteins and carbohydrates that are matched to optimize rumen fermentation.

When you buy Lyssy & Eckel feeds, you can be assured that you are purchasing a feed that is based on many years of experience. our record of producing trophy mule deer assures you that you feed Lyssy & Eckel Feeds, you will maximize your mule deer's genetic potential.
